We suggest reserving your date as soon as your event is confirmed. At least 2 weeks advanced notice is ideal, but don’t be afraid to contact us at the last minute; we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Our bartenders will provide basic bar supplies and items that include: shakers, pourers, party tubs, cups, straws, etc. If needed, we will also provide our mobile bar for an additional charge.

No. Unfortunately, Tropical Twist Bartending, LLC cannot sell alcohol.

We recommend (1) bartender for every 75 guests.

Yes! We carry a $1,000,000 Liquor Liability insurance and a 1,000,000 General Liability insurance.

It depends on the size of your event. We will be more than happy to provide you with a free customized beverage list that will help you estimate exactly how much alcohol you will need to purchase.

Our bartender(s) will dress according to the type of event you are having.

Yes. A deposit is required to reserve the date and time of your event. The amount of the deposit varies depending on the package you choose. The remaining balance will be due the day of the event prior to the start.

We offer our customers two options: Hosted Gratuity or Guest Gratuity. Hosted Gratuity is for the customer or host who do not want their guests tipping. The host will pay a $2.00 gratuity fee per guests. If the host chooses the option of Guest Gratuity, then a tip jar is placed on the bar for guests to tip.
